What I Consume On A Daily Basis!

Today has been both long and crazy but I am grateful for another day! After completing my tasks for the day, an idea crossed my mind and I was like why not? The idea was to write about what I consume on a daily basis.


Currently I'm intermittent fasting and I've noticed the changes both physically and mentally. I first began my journey August 2019 all throughout December 2019 with two fellow co-workers! Once the Christmas season kicked in I of fell of the wagon but realized that in order to maintain what I achieved I must re-start. I re-started my journey March 2020 and have been going strong since then.


Daily Food Log

  1. First thing I do once I'm up is have a cup of water.

  2. After I complete my morning routine I have make my coffee (must be iced) and work until 1 pm.

  3. Once it hits 1 pm we (my sisters) have our first meal. This meal usually consists of mashed potatoes, cheese (homemade), olives, eggs with basterma (highly seasoned beef), tomatoes, cucumbers and yogurt.

  4. In between my two meals I tend to snack a little but I try to stay on the healthy end. I usually set up a platter with fruits and veggies. This platter can consist of grapes, oranges, apples, avocados, pineapple, lettuce, cucumbers, crackers falafel, and hummus!

  5. We cannot forget our mini coffee breaks with mom, grandma, sisters and aunts!

  6. My last meal of the day (7 pm) must always have a salad! I tend to have a protein with it such as chicken breast, fish, lean beef and tuna.

  7. After my last meal I have either a cup of coffee or green tea and that would be it!

  8. Throughout the day I make sure I drink 2 liters of water! Very important

I still enjoy unhealthy foods such as homemade pizza, chocolate, chips (Cheetos) and of course beef jerky, homemade refreshers and smoothies. Let's not forget the drinks during the weekend! That being said, I still maintain the fasting component and enjoy the food in moderation.
